Our Leadership Team

Forge Counseling Collective is led by a dedicated and experienced leadership team committed to clinical excellence, ethical care, and thoughtful training. Together, our leaders bring decades of experience in therapy, supervision, training, and program development.

Forge was founded by Dr. Jessica Walsh and Dr. Hannah Davis with the goal of reimagining what a therapy practice and training site could be—one that pairs high clinical standards with warmth, authenticity, and a deeply human approach to care. That vision is upheld and expanded by a strong leadership team who ensure that clients, trainees, and clinicians alike receive thoughtful support and an elevated, ethical experience.
