Our Services

Established in 2013, Forge offers a variety of therapeutic services to provide clients with the specific care they need. We proudly embrace and support clients from diverse backgrounds and identities, welcoming individuals from all walks of life.

  • Individual counseling can be a great way to start healing from old wounds and develop deeper insight into your personality and behaviors. You don't need to attend therapy for years before a change occurs! So let's take that next step to move forward with a more healthy & balanced life.

  • Group counseling is unique in that it provides an opportunity to connect with other people who are working towards growth in their lives, to connect, learn from and teach one another. Topics of groups vary and are tailored to the needs of the individuals who participate. Most groups have 6 - 10 members and meet weekly.

  • Relationships can be the most rewarding while also challenging. We learn a lot about ourselves through our relationship experiences. Over time, couples can start to feel stuck or stagnant. Counseling can be highly effective in moving couples in the right direction.

  • Play is the natural language of children, and children can express their thoughts and feelings through play. When children have the opportunity to communicate how they feel through play, they often feel better because their feelings have been released.

  • Forge Counseling Collective offers an 8-week Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) specifically designed for adolescents ages 12 to 18. Rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), our program will provide a structured, supportive environment where participants can build essential coping skills, process life challenges, and begin meaningful healing.

  • When we experience trauma in our lives, it can feel like the future becomes uncertain and you might never feel like yourself again. Our practice offers evidence-based trauma modalities designed to support healing at both the emotional and nervous system level including:

    • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

    • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

    • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

    • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

    • Brainspotting

Together, these approaches help clients move toward greater regulation, resilience, and a renewed sense of safety and connection.
