Join Our Team

We’re looking for seasoned, licensed clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LAC, LP) to join us at our Commerce City and Colorado Springs offices. At Forge, you’ll join a warm, community-oriented team where connection, collaboration, supervision, and consultation are woven into our daily practice.

Our Values

  • Community

Are you someone who loves connecting with clients and with your colleagues? Have you felt lonely in private practice and wish you could pop into a trusted colleague’s office after a hard session just to say hi?

  • Support

Supervision and consultation are central to our practice. We prioritize opportunities for our close-knit team to laugh, vent, and gain wisdom from each other.

  • Growth

Our practice is expanding rapidly, and we would love to have you along for the ride, bringing your unique wonderfulnesses to grow with us. Flourish in a community with other healers who want to collaborate, connect, and learn from you.

  • Mentorship

You will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor the next generation of helpers in the Forge Training Institute, while receiving supervision and mentorship yourself from our leadership team.

  • Expertise

Our clinicians are experts in their craft and have a diverse range of interests—from Play Therapy to relationship work. We are seeking an established, community-oriented clinician to add to the joy at Forge.

  • People First

We support you inside and outside the therapy room. We want you to bring your whole self to work every day, connecting in community with other healers who want to collaborate and learn from you.

What We Ask For

  • 22+ sessions per week

  • Willingness to serve as on-site supervisor for a team of trainees 1-3 days per week

  • Excellent documentation practices.

  • Following established policies to ensure we uphold our reputation in the community for responsive communication.

  • Opportunities to lead, supervise, and teach. Grow into clinical supervision, training delivery, and mentorship roles through our Forge Training Institute — shaping future clinicians while expanding your own professional identity.

  • Administrative and billing support so you can focus on clinical work. We handle credentialing, scheduling support, claims processing, tech systems, and compliance oversight.

  • A collaborative team culture. Work alongside peers who value consultation, curiosity, humor, and shared problem-solving — no silos, no competition, no ego.

  • Clear path forward for professional advancement. Whether your goals are certification, supervision, couples work, trauma specialization, leadership, or teaching — we help you design and climb your next step

What You Receive

  • Weekly supervision + ongoing mentorship from seasoned clinicians. Work closely with PhD-level leaders and experienced supervisors who are invested in your growth, clinical confidence, and long-term professional success.

  • A learning-centered environment with a built-in training pipeline. Access continuing education, case consultation, observation opportunities, and specialized training tracks (couples, family systems, play therapy, trauma-informed care, DBT, and more).

  • Beautiful office spaces designed for comfort and belonging. Calm, warm, intentional rooms that make clients feel safe — and clinicians feel at home.

“I love the growth mindset of Forge, we are always looking to enhance our clinical and supervisory skills. I feel supported and connected in my community to try new things and I never feel alone personally or professionally. I like that I feel safe enough to take risks, and despite being a seasoned clinician not always having to know the answers and ask for collaboration on conceptualizations or ways to spruce things up.”
