Clinical Approach
I am excited to be a part of Forge Counseling Collective. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals, heal, and strengthen both their mental health and relationships. I work with individuals throughout all stages of life and strive to provide a therapeutic space that feels safe, supportive, authentic, and nonjudgmental, where clients can feel seen and empowered to show up as themselves.
Working with children and little ones truly lights me up. My six years as a teacher sparked my passion for creating environments where children feel safe, supported, and able to thrive. In my practice, I specialize in play therapy, using my background in education to connect deeply with young clients and create therapeutic spaces where children feel understood, empowered, and free to express themselves.
I also enjoy supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate life transitions, relationships, identity development, anxiety, grief, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to meet each client where they are and collaborate in a way that honors their unique experiences and strengths.
I am EMDR-trained and continue to integrate trauma-informed approaches into my work to support individuals navigating difficult experiences and healing journeys. I am committed to providing compassionate and effective care that helps clients move toward healing, connection, and hope.
