Clinical Approach
I’m a counselor who believes growth happens best in a safe, supportive, and down-to-earth space. My approach is all about meeting you where you are, honoring your story, and working together to find your strengths, heal old wounds, and create the life you want. I love blending practical tools with genuine connection, so sessions feel both meaningful and empowering.
I am passionate about working with children, tweens, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and personal growth. My background working in pediatric and adolescent settings has deeply shaped my approach and strengthened my passion for supporting young clients through developmentally appropriate, compassionate care, including working with neurodivergent children and adolescents, such as those on the autism spectrum. I incorporate play therapy techniques when working with children to help foster emotional expression, connection, and healing in a safe and supportive environment. I also enjoy working alongside tweens and teens as they navigate identity, relationships, school stress, emotional regulation, and life transitions, while holding space for adults as they process their own unique experiences and journeys toward growth and healing.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll probably find me out on a hiking trail, camping under the stars, or tending to my 40+ houseplants (yes, my home is basically a jungle and I love it). Nature—whether outside or indoors—is my happy place, and I bring that same grounded, nurturing energy into my work with clients.
