Clinical Approach

Whether you're dipping your toes in the water, or are ready to jump in, I'm glad you're here. Healing means somethings different to each of us. Whether you want to explore your relationship with yourself, your romantic life, or with those you consider family, I am confident that we can cultivate a new sense of connection together. Centered in humanistic, attachment-based, and narrative approaches, we can explore patterns, reactions, and internal narratives. My goal is for clients to graduate therapy, empowered in their own self-belief and new found skills.

Cultural competency, humility, and a belief in your strengths, are constants in my therapeutic practice. All of your identities have contributed to your life experiences. I strive to create an affirming space that is unique to each individual’s needs.

Pursuing therapy takes courage, and you are not in it alone. I am here to honor that courage, bear witness to the challenges you face, and celebrate you each step of the way. Therapy is an amazing way to continue to know yourself, and I would be honored to be on that journey with you.
