Clinical Approach

Relationships are necessary and influential parts of every person’s life. Healthy interpersonal relationships can be deeply fulfilling and life-enhancing, yet every relationship inevitably encounters challenges. My understanding of the importance of relationships fuels my passion for working with couples and individuals experiencing relational struggles.

I strive to create a therapeutic environment marked by understanding, authenticity, and vulnerability, as I believe these are essential in fostering meaningful relationships.

My therapeutic approach integrates behavioral, experiential, and attachment-oriented interventions to promote both immediate and deeper, lasting change. Drawing from my training in both the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I equip clients with practical skills to address present challenges while also exploring and confronting the patterns, experiences, beliefs, and vulnerable emotions that keep them stuck in recurring issues.

Often, clients already possess the abilities needed to resolve their struggles. Sometimes, it simply takes a therapeutic nudge to uncover new ways of understanding and relating to oneself and others.
