Clinical Approach

I truly believe that we all have the capacity to find more ease and well-being in our lives. I take a mindful approach of paying attention to our own experience. This means paying attention to our own thoughts, bodily sensations, and actions. Often our habit patterns are subconscious, and we find ourselves simply reacting to life. This can sometimes lead us to some difficult places, such as unsettling emotions, isolation, or maybe with shame or self-judgement. With awareness, we can learn to respond to life in a more skillful way. We can learn to be with difficulty with kindness and self-compassion. By loving and accepting ourselves, I truly believe we can show up more fully and grounded in all our external relationships and encounters. I would love to assist you and join you on your journey of healing and self-discovery!
