Clinical Approach

I am passionate about supervising the next generation of healers to be whole, well, and effective. I have experience in supporting counseling students and early professionals throughout the developmental journey, and I also love working with supervisors who want to reflect on their part of the process. Supporting other helpers while they are in the messiness of growth and change keeps me tuned in to my own evolution.

Clinically, I work with adults, adolescents, and children who are in need of a safe space to process past or current struggles in life. The client determines how quickly we work towards positive change, and I strive to provide a healing and validating presence. I will be authentic and empathic in my interactions with you, and we may even have some fun along the way!

I firmly believe that you are the expert in your life. While I can and will share what I know if I think it might help you, I look forward to helping you connect more with yourself. I believe we each have an innate intuitive voice inside that can direct us towards healing, and I look forward to helping you notice and listen to yours.
