Hi there! What a journey we’re on!

Living is a shared experience that connects us all, regardless of differences. Life can often seem to be out of our control and can really kick us down sometimes. We can regain a sense of control through actively creating meaning in our everyday lives. Life can be all consuming at times, causing us to forget that we are living OUR story and it’s unwritten! We hold the power to create freedom and happiness for ourselves.

I am particularly interested in child development, couples counseling, family dynamics, and the reintegration into society of those in the military and incarcerated population. I enjoy spending time outside, in nature, in awe of its beauty, in acknowledgment of all I do not know as a human.

I am passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and belonging space for clients to process their realities and work towards shifting them in the most fulfilling way. As I continue to develop my professional identity as a counselor, I look forward to seeing client’s take ownership over their lives, self-discovery, and live a life gratified.
