Clinical Approach

My name is Vanessa Clay, and I am thrilled to join the Forge team. I come from a community mental health background and specialize in DBT, working with adolescents, and supporting life transitions. However, I enjoy working with a wide range of presenting problems and diverse populations.

I recently received my LPC and am excited to continue my professional growth in a new environment. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my husband and our almost one-year-old daughter. I enjoy reading, gardening, and doing my own nails as part of my self-care routine. With these hobbies and my ever-changing daughter, I stay quite busy.

I look forward to meeting everyone and working together.
