Clinical Approach

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. As a therapist, I am committed to providing a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I view counseling as a collaborative and exploratory process—an opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself, uncover patterns, and work toward meaningful growth. I have training in play therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which allows me to support both children and adults in processing trauma, building resilience, and improving emotional regulation.
