Clinical Approach

As a counselor-in-training, I am dedicated to creating a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, emotions, and personal goals. I believe that healing and growth occur through collaboration, and I view clients as the experts of their own lives. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, empathy, and respect as we navigate challenges together. My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered therapy and trauma-informed care, allowing me to meet clients where they are while honoring their unique histories and strengths. I also incorporate mindfulness and somatic approaches to support mind–body awareness. I am passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities and am committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and collaboration. Together, we can identify strengths, build resilience, and work toward greater emotional well-being and personal growth.
