Clinical Approach

I believe that it is the privilege of my life to sit with clients in their deep hurts and see them through to their successes and growth opportunities. I am passionate about meeting people where they are and providing the container for change. I have previous clinical experience working with eating disorders, trauma, suicidal ideation, and serious mental health concerns. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, and ACT modalities and enjoy helping clients experience post-traumatic growth. I am excited to continue to play a role in helping people find some relief from pain and grow into the individuals they wish to become.
