Clinical Approach

I am a true believer that a therapist's job is to provide a calm, supportive, and understanding space for each client. I strive to allow every person to come in as their authentic self, and have them leave feeling heard, seen, and valued. My approach to therapy is rooted in the importance of relationships and connections, as well as highlighting the clients inherent strength and resilience. As a therapist, I want to promote connection with the outdoors as a form of therapy, allowing people to explore the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of time in nature. As I grow as a therapist and hone my skills and techniques, I am confident in my baseline approach of meeting each client with understanding, support, and compassion. I am currently working with adolescent and adult clients, but will soon be expanding my practice to work with kids.
