As I keep growing and learning more about licensed clinical mental health, I stay rooted in my person-centered approach. For me, it’s all about building a strong, supportive relationship where clients feel truly heard and understood—without judgment. I want to create a space where people can explore their feelings, experiences, and strengths at their own pace. While I’m always looking to refine my skills and incorporate new techniques, my focus will always be on meeting each person where they are and supporting them in the way that works best for them.
