Clinical Approach
My passion for counseling stems from a deep desire to help individuals and couples overcome challenges and reach their potential through tailored therapeutic approaches. Within every crisis lies the path to well-being, meaningful relationships, and a vibrant life. Transformation occurs through acceptance of self and by embracing all experiences—good, bad, and chaotic—to uncover one's authentic self and create a new narrative of healing, resilience, and hope.
My counseling approach is Person-Centered, offering a safe space for self-discovery. I utilize Attachment Theory to examine how relational history influences current experiences. For couples, I apply the Gottman Method to teach communication and conflict management skills, fostering deeper connection and a new narrative of healing and resilience.
It takes courage to seek support. It's normal to feel overwhelmed or ready for change. I offer a safe, empathetic space where your unique personal or relational journey is honored. If you're ready to explore a path toward greater understanding, connection, and hope, I invite you to reach out.
