Insurance & Payment Information
We know that navigating insurance can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the process as simple and transparent as possible so you can focus on getting the support you need.
Using Insurance for IOP
Medicaid: We accept all Colorado Medicaid plans for IOP.
Commercial Insurance: Anthem, and Blue Cross & Blue Shield
We are currently working with our commercial insurance partners to expand access to IOP. At this time, we are in-network with select plans and are actively seeking authorization agreements with others.
Verification: Before starting, we will verify your benefits with your insurance company so you know what is covered.
Authorization: Many insurance plans require prior authorization for IOP. We will submit all necessary clinical documentation on your behalf.
Your Financial Responsibility
Copays & Coinsurance: You may owe a copay (a set amount) or coinsurance (a percentage of the session cost).
Deductibles: If you have not met your yearly deductible, you may be responsible for more costs until it is met.
Out-of-Pocket Maximum: Once you reach your insurance plan’s maximum, insurance typically covers 100% of services.
Billing Process
We bill your insurance directly.
Insurance sends us payment and explains what, if anything, you owe.
You’ll receive a statement from us with any balance due after insurance processes the claim.
Important to Know
Coordination of Benefits: If you have multiple insurance plans, please provide details so we can bill correctly.
Non-Covered Services: If insurance denies coverage, you may be responsible for the session fee.
Communication: We encourage you to call your insurance provider directly to confirm coverage and ask about your financial responsibility.
