Clinical Approach

My approach to therapy is relational, grounded in the belief that the quality of our relationships directly shapes the quality of our lives. In session, I strive to create a calm, grounding, and validating space while also challenging you to stretch, grow, and see things in new ways. I often draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help clients connect with and understand their emotions because I believe insight is the first step to meaningful and lasting change.

I view the work of a therapist as an honor and a privilege. I am comfortable holding space for heavy emotions and complex experiences, while also bringing moments of levity and humor when it's needed most. My goal is to make therapy effective and meaningful, while also allowing it to feel approachable and even enjoyable.
