Clinical Approach
My clinical approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, relational framework that honors the connection between mind and body. I integrate practices including TF-CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, and somatic work to support healing and resilience. For children, I incorporate play therapy and techniques to help them process emotions and experiences in a developmentally appropriate and engaging way. I’m especially committed to working with clients navigating PTSD, complex trauma, chronic illness, and the impact of spiritual or religious harm. Whether working with kids, teens, or adults, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to move at their own pace toward greater self-trust and well-being.
