Forge Counseling Collective is proud to offer several internship opportunities for new professionals working on completing their Master's or Doctoral degrees. We provide exemplary supervision, informed by several of our clinicians' advanced training in Counselor Education and Supervision. We have worked with many universities in Colorado and we are always excited to work with more.
We are a great fit for students who are motivated, have strong clinical skills, and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team. A completed practicum course is a pre-requisite for an internship position.
Several of our counselors offer supervision for clinicians who have graduated with their Master's or Ph.D. and are earning hours towards licensure. If you are interested in obtaining supervision, please read our bios and contact the clinician whom you think would be the best fit for you. Forge clinicians are also open to providing triadic or group supervision if a team or group of clinicians are interested.
Application for Fall 2020 Internship Placement
Please note: Given the current situation with COVID-19, we are offering the majority of sessions, supervision, team meetings, etc. via telehealth. We are excited to work with students during this historic time, and are aware that this will take tremendous flexibility and clear communication between student, supervisor, and school. It is your responsibility to ensure that our procedures meet your university's guidelines.
We are currently accepting applications for 1 Clinical Counseling placement. Unfortunately, we are not able to take a Couples/Marriage and Family intern at this time.
